The kebaya, a customary blouse worn throughout Southeast Asia, has been officially recognized as an element of world cultural heritage by UNESCO.The announcement ‌came during the 19th session of⁤ the Intergovernmental Committee on Intangible Cultural Heritage (ICH)⁢ in Asunción, Paraguay.
