After a year and a half at TSV 1860, during which Staude was absent for long periods due to a ruptured tendon and a myocarditis, the club did not extend the contract that expired at the end of the 2021/22 season. Since then, the attacking midfielder has been without a club and trying to recover and regain a level of fitness that would allow him to make a comeback. To this end, he went under the wing of the Mo Ali FCwho has also worked with Ronaldinho, Neymar and Jose Mourinho.
About his plans with the Kickers from Offenbach Keanu Staude said:
“The OFC is a traditional club that grabbed me right away on the first day. I was immediately well received at the first training session and felt that the team was just up for it. Of course, the coaching team and Christian Hock were also decisive, as they gave me a very good feeling about working together. I’m still a young but already relatively experienced player and I want to help the team, the club and the fans to celebrate the greatest possible success with my offensive qualities!”
In addition to the OFC, FC Homburg has also invested heavily in the Regionalliga Südwest in order to make the leap into the 3rd division.
