Kazhakoottam Missing Child Case: A 13-year-old girl who went missing from Kazhakoottam in Thiruvananthapuram district last Tuesday and was later found in Visakhapatnam has been brought home. The girl will be shifted to CWC shelter. The boy has returned this afternoon with the special investigation team.

The 13-year-old girl was found in Visakhapatnam after 37 hours of disappearance. The child was found by representatives of the Malayali Association in Visakhapatnam. Tasmeet Tamsi is the daughter of Anwar Hussain, from Assam, who lives near Kazhakootam block office. The boy went missing around 10am on Tuesday. The parents called the police around 4 p.m. Later, the police started an investigation after examining the CCTV footage.
