Artist Kazem Al-Saher spoke about the nature of his relationship with the late poet Karim Al-Iraqi, whom he began to be influenced by since he was a young man performing military service.
He confirmed during a special interview on the Deutsche Welle Arabic satellite channel, yesterday evening, that he presented more than wonderful artistic works, which were from the poetry of the late Karim Al-Iraqi, announcing the completion of his new album, and that he is preparing to film a song from the words of “Al-Iraqi”, which carries… The name is “Wafiya” and it is the first one that will be released from the album.
He pointed out that he was happy with the words of this song and was keen to have it released to the public first in the form of a “clip,” and it will be filmed soon, stressing that he is trying to present his best to the audience, regardless of the great time and effort that this matter may take.
He pointed out that he finished the new album a long time ago, but its release was delayed; Because albums are no longer like before, where songs are released regularly on the Internet to reach the audience in an elegant way.
The artist, Kazem Al-Saher, mentioned part of the lyrics of the song “Wafih”, at the request of the journalist Sanaa Al-Hamdani, saying: “God knows, Wafih, how narrow the world has become for me when I lost you from my hand. Excuse me, forgive me. My heart will melt from my longing. God knows, God knows, Wafih.”
