Alappuzha – The police concluded that the woman who was found dead under mysterious circumstances inside the house in Kayamkulam Eruva was murdered by her husband. Prashanth’s wife Aswathi (Lovely) was found dead on Saturday morning in the Vathikulam Shanthabhavanam house, where she lives on rent in Srinilayam East of Eruva. Prashant is missing after the incident. The woman’s relatives also alleged that her husband killed her. The police informed that the search for him has been intensified.

Lovely’s body was lying in the living room of the rented house. The police said that there was a scar on the neck and blood was oozing from the mouth. Two days ago, their children had gone to Lovely’s house. Lovely was found dead in the living room when she returned home on Saturday morning and opened the door.
Kayamkulam police was informed and the police reached the spot. Neighbors say that the husband was at home till dawn on Saturday. Forensic officials arrived from Alappuzha and collected the evidence. The body was shifted to Alappuzha Medical College for post-mortem.
