Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom Postpone Their Wedding: That’s Why

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom cancel their winter wedding

It should be the winter wedding of the year! After their engagement on Valentine’s Day 2019, singer Katy Perry (35) and actor Orlando Bloom (42) planned to say yes that same winter. But now the wedding plans are apparently on hold. Are there relationship problems between Katy and Orlando?

Katy Perry: Wedding to Orlando Bloom just postponed

As “US Weekly” found out, Katy and Orlando have postponed the planned wedding, but not canceled. A source told the American magazine that the two lovebirds were more than happily in love. But why postpone the wedding then? Apparently there are problems with your desired location, which is not available on the planned date.

The insider also told the magazine that Katy and Orlando are planning two events for their wedding: a small ceremony with friends and family in Los Angeles and a second, slightly larger celebration in a still unknown, special location. Since it is already the second marriage for both stars, they apparently want to keep their wedding private and personal.
Katy Perry was married to British comedian Russell Brand from 2010 to 2012. Orlando Bloom spent three years of marriage with model Miranda Kerr, up to their separation in 2013. With her he has their son Flynn (8).

Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom: wedding and then?

In November 2019, Orlando had spoken to Katy about his plans for the future in an interview with Man About Town magazine. The actor already has a son from his first marriage. He would like to have more children with his future wife – mostly! However, the actor does not want to rush it. Katy seems to see it differently, however. According to an insider, Katy wanted her first baby as soon as possible after the wedding. The family planning of the two stars seems to be well advanced.
