Katrīna Dimanta has released the fourth single from her solo album “Krāsas” released in the beginning of March – it is the song “Meža meitiņa”, for which a lively video has been made.
The video for the song “Meža meitiņas” was filmed already in May 2020, letting go of the vision of the director Marija Migliniece, who dressed Katrīna in the image of a “pin-up” lady. Although nature had already turned green at that time, the weather was not so warm yet, so Katrīna had to become a smiling actress who enjoys swimming in the cold lake of the backyard … as well as man’s ability to find peace and joy in himself.
The year 2020 has started actively for Katrīna – she has participated in the show “Child of the Star”, performed in the United Arab Emirates and Hungary, as well as in Manchester, Great Britain. Katrīna is the author of the music for the play “Justine’s Story”, which will have its premiere on April 30 at the Lielvārde Culture House. In July, Diamond will perform in Canada.
