Katja Ståhl suffered from stressful back pain for years, but now she has found the tricks to keep her back in good shape.

Two years ago, he had an MRI scan of his back and made an appointment with a physiatrist.

Ståhl says in the interview that, according to the physiatrist, he had a scoliosis and “all possible things that end in oosi, i.e. scoliosis, arthrosis and whatever else there is”.

The physiatrist advised to hire a personal trainer. Ståhl started going to pt’s coaching every week. Special attention was paid to shoulder support and core support.

– It was amazing that the troubles went away, Ståhl says in an interview.

– According to my experience, muscle fitness is the only way to get rid of back pain, Ståhl says in Hyvä skürla magazine.

According to Ståhl, his beloved hobby of riding is good for his back. He says he rides five times a week.
