Katia Seguin, the dance teacher from L’Houmeau, won over the jury of the Les Rivières de l’Amitié festival organized by Guelendjik. The Russian city offers its eight twin cities (including Angoulême) to compete in five categories (vocal, choreographic, popular music, theatrical art and video).
