Kathleen accidentally controls neighbor’s vacuum cleaner robot: “I didn’t know which house, but I saw someone in underwear walk by” (Herent)

Technology can’t get much scarier than what Kathleen Nackaerts experienced two weeks ago. By coincidence, she was able to take over the vacuum cleaner robot from a neighbor: she could move the device, watch through the camera and speak through a microphone. “Give me a bottle of wine,” she said jokingly in English. “But that night I couldn’t sleep, so terrifying.”
