The “message” of the move made by the Minister of Culture, L. Mendoni, “kicking out” the SEA from the Ermou Street building, is that everything that resists the government’s positions and choices will be suppressed and “eliminated”. He underlined this while speaking on Thursday morning (17/8) to “105.5 Sto Kokkino” and Dion. Eleftherato Katerina Matsa, president of the Association for the Support of the Social and Scientific Project of “18 Ano” and member of the Solidarity Network of Social Clinics.
It is noted that the Association, chaired by Mrs. Matsa, is one of the organizations that had co-organized the event for the Pylos shipwreck. Among other things, Mrs. Matsa expressed the opinion that the minister’s move not only exudes unbridled authoritarianism, but also betrays concern for impending social resistance to government policy, despite the fresh election result.
