Goldsmith is said to have arrived at the ITV studios on Sunday. Shortly afterwards, Princess Catherine’s uncle – while awaiting the launch – reportedly moved into a hotel in London.
According to sources, Princess Catherine’s mother Carole is furious about her brother taking part in the program. The woman fears that Gary will reveal some secrets of the (royal) family during the broadcasts. “They are absolutely not happy,” said a source in ‘The Sun’. “Kate really doesn’t need this stress right now.”
Not a fan of Harry and Meghan
However, according to insiders, Gary doesn’t have a bad word to say about his niece. “He wants to defend his family,” it sounds. “He would never say anything that was demeaning to Kate and William. He has a lot of respect for them.”
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will most likely not be so lucky. “He is not a big fan of Harry and Meghan, he has already made that clear in the past,” he added. After the release of ‘Reserve’, Goldsmith indeed lashed out at the Duke of Sussex. The stories about his niece, Princess Catherine, in particular, have gone down the wrong way with the man. “His book is full of half-truths or even complete fabrications.
