Kate Middleton Hospitalized: Princess of Wales undergoes elective abdominal surgery

Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, was hospitalized on Tuesday January 16, 2024 in a clinic in London, according to a press release from the Royal family published on X (formerly Twitter) this Wednesday January 17.

Prince William’s wife underwent elective abdominal surgery. According to Kensington Palace, the operation went well. Kate Middleton should nevertheless remain hospitalized for 10 to 14 days before returning home for a period of convalescence.
