During two intense days at the Stockholm Fair, the five finalists created a total of five cakes, 30 pastries and ten plate desserts each. The jury was impressed by Kleih’s craftsmanship, as well as by his interpretation of the theme.

– I am incredibly happy, as I aimed to win, it feels great to take home the gold. Andreas Modd from Bollnäs came second and Jimmy Wollberg from Olofstorp came third.
