Asif Ali, Sunny Wayne, Vinayakan and others are playing the lead roles of ‘Kasargold’ teaser has been released. The movie is written and directed by Mridul Nair. Sarigama is being produced by Vikram Mehra, Siddharth Anand Kumar, Suraj Kumar and Rinni Diwakar under the banner of Mukhari Entertainments in collaboration with Udley Films. After the hit film B Tech, Asif Ali and Mridul Nair are teaming up for Kasaragold.
‘Kasargold is our third Malayalam film. The crew of the film is a young team with lots of new ideas. The teaser shows only a very small percentage of the energy that went into the making of the film. All audiences will have a great movie experience’ – said Siddharth Anand Kapur, Senior Vice President of Films and Events, Sarigama India.
‘Me and Asif have a great connection. Kasargold’s shooting was planned during the second Covid lockdown. But such a big project should have been shot at such a time. Director Mridul Nair said that the film got a new lease of life after collaborating with Sarigama.
“Ever since Mridul told the story, I was excited. The film has two or three stories that actually happened in Kerala. I believe that the audience will be able to experience the suspense and drama in this film just like I felt while watching the film,” said Asif Ali.
As seen in the teaser, the film will be an action thriller. Sunny Wayne said that the film will be a great experience in the theater with breathtaking visuals and a magnificent background score.
Music director Vishnu Vijay, who became a sensation with Thallumala, is composing the music for Kasargold. The teaser has doubled the expectations given by the lyrical song. The song has already got 1.5 million views on YouTube. Mridul and Sajimon have written the script of the film.
