The leader of the UPL and the best club of the First League of Ukraine held a control match today, in which they scored four goals between them, but did not reveal the strongest.
The Miners started the game poorly, conceding in the 7th second after a mistake by Pedrinho Azevedo and a precise shot from Kostenko from the center of the penalty area. Shakhtar managed to equalize in the 13th minute – 18-year-old Tsukanov put Lassina Traore one on one with a perfect pass, and the forward calmly hit the goalkeeper with a low shot.
Traore also scored the Donetsk team’s second goal in today’s match. Neverton carried the ball into the Karpaty penalty area and passed it to the free Lassina, who could only hit the empty goal from a couple of meters.
However, Shakhtar failed to maintain the winning score. In the 75th minute, Pedrinho brought down Bulez in his own penalty area, after which the referee awarded a penalty, and the kick from the point was calmly taken by Karpatian newcomer Arielson – a 2:2 draw.
