Karlovy Vary captain Vondráček moves to Pardubice for Koffer

“Tomáš came to us saying that he will no longer work for us next season. At the moment we are putting the team together for the next seasons, which is why we have decided to make the exchange,” Václav Skuhravý, sporting director, told the energy site.

In addition to Koffer, Karlovy Vary also received financial compensation. “With Filip we are taking a promising young striker who plays well at both ends of the rink. He is a very good skater who can play defense and is also very effective in his weak spots. We see great potential in him,” said the coach David Bruck.

In this extra league season, Koffer scored three points (1+2) in 25 duels. He did not score in four games in the first league for Pardubice B. In the top competition, a participant in an under-18 WC and an under-20 WC has 82 games and 11 points (5+6). He has a contract with Vary until the end of the 2024/25 season.

“With his diligence and approach, Filip has become a stable member of the A-team and has handled his role excellently. However, for his further development, he needs to take another step forward and, with this change, the possibility of a larger playing space and a different role should open up for him than the one he had with us,” commented Dynamo sporting director Dušan Salfický on Koffer’s departure.
