Reality show star Kim Kardashian and rapper Kanye West have long been considered the perfect couple who have it all: a good relationship, love, beautiful children and, of course, a lot of money. However, the harmony between the couple ended and they decided to go their separate ways. The couple’s official divorce wasn’t quick and easy, but the final paperwork was finally completed this week, reports the “Daily Star.”
Finally, the former lovers split everything they have in common, including custody, which took longer, because the couple disagreed on who “should” have the children.
With the help of the court, the couple decided that they would both have equal custody of their four children.
Though both parents will have equal custody of the children, the rapper will pay his ex-wife $200,000 worth of monthly alimony, as the children will spend most of their time with their mother in New York, according to Reuters.
Kim filed for divorce in February 2021 after seven years of marriage. In March 2022, their marriage was officially divorced. Despite not being married for several months, the couple has not been able to agree on children for a long time.
