KARDASHIAN family friend Joe Francis has been arrested and charged with grabbing a woman by the neck and spitting in her face to give her Covid, The Sun can exclusively report.
According to Mexican court documents obtained by The Sun, the founder of Girls Gone Wild and KUWTK Pal, 48, has been charged with domestic violence and intentional injury after an incident at his Punta Mita home on August 1, 2020.

Court documents indicated that Joe’s victim – whom The Sun decided not to identify – claimed he tested positive for Covid the day before the altercation.
On August 1, he allegedly asked her to inject him with vitamins. When she refused to get too close to him, the situation apparently escalated.
The Mexican documents, translated into English, said, “He started yelling at her that she was a ‘dirty asshole’ and he hopes she rots, and called her a ‘w *** e’.
“She hid in the closet and closed the door. He started to shake the door.
“She opened it and ran into another room in fear. He told her he was chasing her.

“He grabbed her right arm, turned her towards him, grabbed her by the neck, then spat in her face.

The woman then attempted to call the home security team – called Casa Aramara – when Joe was reportedly pulled over.
She claimed that Joe had run towards her, grabbed her by the hair and pushed her to the ground.

He then allegedly stepped on his head and put his full weight on his body.
The documents continued, “He then put his hands around her neck and spat in her face again, then told her to leave the house.
“They both got up and he grabbed her by the hair again. He threw her on the ground and dragged her down the hall.
“While he was pulling her, he was shaking her hair and knocking her head on the ground. “
According to court documents, she suffered injuries that took more than two weeks to heal and required special medical treatment.

Joe was taken into police custody under so-called preventive detention on August 13, and was released on September 8 after the victim allegedly “forgave him”.
Joe looked serious as he posed for his photo ID.
The charges were dropped on the condition that Joe undergo six months of psychological therapy, which law enforcement said was completed.

Joe was sentenced to 270 days in prison following this arrest.
