Central Sulawesi Regional Police Chief (Central Sulawesi) Inspector General of Police Rudy Sufahriadi went directly to the family home of a teenage girl with the initials S (20) who claimed to have slept with Parigi Moutong Police Chief initials IDGN.
“We went to the victim’s house to make sure that I would professionally deal with the wrong member,” Rudy quoted him as saying Between, Tuesday (19/10).
According to Rudy, as of October 15, 2021, the Head of the Parigi Moutong Sector Police was immediately relieved of his duties and replaced with a temporary official. Regarding the ongoing legal process, Rudy emphasized that his party would impose sanctions in accordance with the results of the examination.
“I will obey the law. This is still being processed, it can’t be instant. The punishment is according to the mistake,” he said.
Rudy further revealed that at the beginning, Iptu IDGN persuaded him to be suspected of raping S, the daughter of a suspect in a cattle theft case.
According to Rudy, Iptu IDGN met S while visiting his father who was being detained at the Parigi Police for theft. The detention of S’s father at the Parigi Sector Police was quite long.
“According to the story, initially it was a crime committed by his parents, three of them (with friends). Then his parents were detained there, until the prosecutor’s process was still detained there,” said Rudy.
Iptu IDGN, who often met with S, then began to approach. He persuades S to sleep together with a promise to release S’s father from custody.
“(The victim) often met with the police chief, in the end they often made contact and the police chief made a mistake,” he said.
Previously, S admitted that he had been persuaded many times by Iptu IDGN to sleep with him with the promise that his father, who was being held at the police station, would be released.
S was initially not taken in by the persuasion of Iptu IDGN. However, for almost 2 weeks, Iptu IDGN continued to persuade S with the promise that his father as a suspect would be released. S, who was concerned about the condition of his father being detained at the police station, finally fell for the persuasion of Iptu IDGN. S wants his father to be released from the police immediately.
The savage incident finally happened. Iptu IDGN and S met at one of the hotels. Not until he kept his promise, Iptu IDGN on another day even invited S to sleep together.
