Kanye West drugged and raped me at Diddy’s party –

Lauren Pisciotta has been challenged by a rap artist Kanye Westinproperly named Yeto court, among others The Independent and Daily Mail reported.

Pisciotta, who was West’s assistant in 2021 and 2022, claims in his lawsuit that West drugged and raped him by the rap artist Sean ”Diddy” Combsin at parties organized by

Pisciotta originally sued West in June. On Oct. 8, he filed an amended lawsuit in a Los Angeles court citing those allegations.

According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta and his female musician friend attended a party hosted by West and Combs at a recording studio in Santa Monica, California, several years ago. At that time, Pisciotta was not yet working for West.

According to documents obtained by The Independent, partygoers were required to drink or else they had to leave the venue.

Pisciotta says his sense of reality was clouded shortly after drinking the drink. Pisciotta says he woke up the next day feeling nauseous and confused. According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta’s musician friend had not been able to tell what had happened during the night.

Pisciotta says he didn’t find out about the alleged abuse himself until years later, when West said they had sex at a party in Santa Monica. According to the suit, Pisciotta had been employed by West at the time of the revelation.

Pisciotta had said he did not remember the events of the evening. West had allegedly replied to this: “Women love to say they don’t remember.”

Multiple accusations

Pisciotta sued West in June for illegal dismissal and several acts of sexual violence.

According to the lawsuit, West allegedly failed to pay Pisciotta four million dollars in salary, engaged in sex trafficking, repeatedly pressured Pisciotta into intercourse, forced himself naked on top of Pisciotta in a hotel room, locked Pisciotta in the bedroom of a private jet while West masturbated and offered Pisciotta to his partner as a sexual “gift”.

According to the suit, West had also told Pisciotta to delete his Onlyfans page so that Pisciotta would depend solely on West’s salary.

In the lawsuit, West is accused of causing Pisciotta to suffer from anxiety disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder.

– He (Pisciotta) cannot bear the thought that he worked for a man who had sexually assaulted him against his will when he was drugged, who later managed to lure him back into his circle of influence through a job opportunity, and who had sexually assaulted him again, the lawsuit says.

West denies

West denied Pisciotta’s allegations in June when he filed his original lawsuit. He has called the allegations baseless.

“Ye plans to file a lawsuit against Ms. Pisciotta, who actively sexually pursued her for employment and other material benefits, and then blackmailed her when her advances were rebuffed,” West’s lawyer told The Independent at the time.

According to the Daily Mail, West has so far not filed a counterclaim.

Pisciotta does not make allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs in his lawsuit. Arrested in September, Combs is accused of, among other things, human trafficking and prostitution. More than a hundred people have sued Combs for sexual assault, rape and sexual abuse. Diddy’s trial is in May and he will be held in custody until then.
