The Chargers (2-2) scored 10 points thanks to a pair of Chiefs turnovers, a Carson Steele fumble and Mahomes’ fifth interception of the season, but struggled after that.
Mahomes sent a 54-yard pass to Xavier Worthy in the third quarter for the first touchdown of the Chiefs and Samaje Perine gave Kansas City the lead by running two yards to score in the fourth.
