Kottayam: Mar Jose Pulikal, Bishop of Kanjirapalli Diocese, criticized the government and the forest department on the issue of wildlife. Mar Jose Pulikal alleged that the forest department is trying to turn the wild buffalo attack in Kanamela into an isolated incident. When a wild buffalo came up and tragically killed two people on the same day, the forest guards were on the scene to protect it.
