Kane announces extra concert in Ziggo Dome Amsterdam on June 8th next year

Kane will give an extra concert in the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam on Saturday, June 8 next year. This was announced on Thursday evening in the RTL talk show Humberto.

Dinand Woesthoff and Dennis van Leeuwen, founders of the Hague rock band, made the film earlier this week during the premiere of the Kane documentary KANE: A Story Recorded announced that they would perform again next year. A second and third show soon followed.

The artists will now be in the Ziggo Dome on June 4, 5, 7 and 8. Regular ticket sales for Kane’s concerts start Friday morning.

Woesthoff and Van Leeuwen founded the band in 1998. In 1999 they broke through with the single Where Do I Go Now. They then scored hits with, among others Rain Down On Me, Something To Say, So Glad You Made It, No Surrender in Shot of a Gun. The band won an Edison and three 3FM Awards. In 2014, the band abruptly announced its intention to stop after a sabbatical.
