Marcel Blomme passed away in Torhout. The 78-year-old from Ostend, who moved to Torhout about five years ago, formed the legendary DJ duo Marcel and Vicky together with his life partner Vicky Eeckeloo (47). The act originated as a social project but grew into a true phenomenon with fans beyond the national borders. “But they always remained humble.”
