Marvel actress Iman Vellani is embarking on a new adventure as co-writer of Ms. Marvel: The New Mutant Comic Series, and we’re excited to see what’s in store for us. Since she loves and knows the character very well as she has shown with her Disney Plus series.
In the latest episode of the streaming service show, we found out that Kamala Khan is actually a mutant. And yes, you guessed it, she will return to the comic pages as one of the Children of the Atom in “Ms. Marvel: The New Mutant Series”. This exciting twist ensures that Kamala’s legacy not only continues, but expands to new horizons.

The Marvel actress confesses that writing a comic has been scarier than joining the streaming series. “You can hold a comic!” Although she had never written before, Iman has read countless comics and decided to write what she would like to read. Along with the writer of the Ms. Marvel TV series, Sabir Pirzadaand the talented team of illustrators Carlos Gomez and Adam Gorham, Iman has embarked on creating his own fan fiction-turned-comic.
“This is something I have never done before in my life. But I’ve read so many comics that I just wrote what I wanted to read. I have a very professional tool for essentially putting my own fan fiction on paper.”. Admit Iman Vellani.
