Democratic presidential candidate, Kamala Harris, this Saturday reproached her rival, Donald Trump, for having taken photographs on last Monday in Section 60, an area of the Arlington National Cemetery in which it is prohibited.
“It is not a place to do politics”Harris said in a lengthy message on social media X.

“Donald Trump’s team chose to film a video there, which led to an altercation with cemetery staff”he said in reference to the push received by a worker who tried to prevent the recording by Trump’s entourage.
“Let me be clear: The former president has disrespected sacred ground and all for a political maneuver (…). This man can only understand service to himself,” he reproached.
Harris believes that “all Americans agree that our veterans, that military families, They must be honored, never vilified, and treated with our utmost respect and gratitude.” said the candidate.
“I believe that someone who cannot fulfill this simple and sacred duty should never again stand behind the seal of the President of the United States of America”argument.
Trump himself justified what happened last Thursday in an interview on NBC and said that a military family asked him for a photo.
“I was there and I didn’t ask for a photo. I was there and they told me, “Sir, could we take a photograph at the grave?”the former president said.
