US Vice President, Kamala Harrisobtained this Friday the necessary delegate votes to mathematically become the nominee of the Democratic Party for the presidential elections on November 5.
Harris surpassed the threshold of 1,976 delegates needed to be confirmed as the party’s nominee on Sunday, although the virtual vote for delegates will not officially end until Monday. EFE (I)
