“Kaltara Police Chief sacks Kabid Propam for not carrying out orders in illegal fuel case”

North Kalimantan Police Chief (Kaltara) Inspector General Daniel Adityajaya removed Kombes Teguh Triawantoro from his position Kabid Propam Polda Kaltara. Teguh was sacked because he was judged to have not carried out the orders of his superiors.

Kabid Humas Polda Kaltara Kombes Budi Rachmat explained that this problem started when the Ditreskrimsus Polda Kaltara uncovered the case of illegal fuel and arrested 5 unscrupulous civil servants as suspected perpetrators. Later, evidence of the disclosure of illegal fuel was reported missing.

“Because the Directorate General of Criminal Investigation handled the evidence yesterday, some of it was stolen, then the perpetrators were arrested, 5 people at that time,” said Budi. detikSulselMonday (17/4/2023).

Later it was revealed that there were police officers playing. Kaltara Regional Police Chief Inspector General Daniel is said to have received a report that there were unscrupulous Crimesus personnel playing.

“The regional police chief because there was a violation by Crimesus personnel, that’s why an investigation was carried out if it was proven to be processed,” said Kombes Budi.

The Kaltara Regional Police Chief then ordered Kombes Teguh as Head of Propam to follow up. However, Kombes Teguh is considered not to have carried out the order.

“It’s been a long time since his (Kapolda) order, but (Kabid Propam) only answered ready to be wrong, ready to be wrong, but no action was taken,” he said.
