Specifically, to a question about whether New Democracy can fall below 30%, the blue MP said that “I talked to a lot of people even now during the holidays. The problem is that people who traditionally support New Democracy go to the polls. If it goes to the ballot box, most of them will vote for the party they traditionally belong to.”
When asked by the journalist if people will finally go to vote, he said that “I don’t know that yet. If we talk around May 20-25 I will tell you.”
Regarding the 33% limit set by the prime minister, Nikitas Kaklamanis said that “it is difficult to reach, but not impossible. I don’t know what the total participation will be.”
