WHAT HAPPENED? After joining Arsenal from Chelsea, Havertz took part in MLS cross and volley challenges, but he was unable to find the back of the net. He did thrill the crossbar, but what is certain is that he is now listed as the first player in challenge history to fail to complete every shot he attempted.

SEEKING THE RESURRECTION: Arsenal paid £65m to sign the Germany international from Chelsea as part of their summer spending spree.
