Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov has arrived in Ukraine, Grozny reports. However, the TV channel did not say exactly where the leader was.
According to preliminary data, he met with the Chechen military, who reported to him on the progress of the special operation.
In a video of the meeting, Kadyrov first noted in Russian that the Ukrainian Nazis “should not expect mercy” and then appealed in Chechen.
However, there is no official confirmation of the Chechen leader’s whereabouts.
