Jakarta –
The cost of Gotong Royong’s vaccination injection costs Rp. 1 million per person. This was revealed by the General Chairman of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin) Rosan Roeslani.
Rosan said the cost was used for two doses of vaccine injections, complete with health facilities. He said the price set at Rp. 1 million had already been agreed by entrepreneurs.
He emphasized that the businessmen admitted that they did not object to the vaccination price of Rp. 1 million per person. This figure is still within the reach of entrepreneurs.
From a survey conducted by Kadin, Rosan explained that 78% of entrepreneurs were able to pay the vaccination fee of Rp. 1 million or less.
“If the price is in the range of Rp. 1 million and below, the entrepreneur is still okay, for two injections. We have conducted a survey that is not burdensome,” said Rosan.
Rosan also said that employers had no plans to ask the government for subsidies on the price of vaccines or vaccination facilitation.
“No, yes (asking for subsidies), we know this is indeed difficult. We have no plans to ask for subsidies from the government,” said Rosan.
Rosan also said that entrepreneurs can actually get cheaper prices for mutual cooperation vaccination costs. The condition is that the company must have qualified health facilities that meet the standards of the Ministry of Health.
If normally the price per person is IDR 1 million, if you have your own health facility the company only needs to pay IDR 750 thousand per person for two injections.
“But, if the company already has its own health facility and has its own hospital that meets the Ministry of Health’s standards, then feel free to conduct the vaccination itself. The price is cheaper, not Rp. 1 million, but Rp. 750 thousand per person,” said Rosan.
