Flower Love Sushi is created by Lin Guohua, the chef of Kataihe Restaurant. In order to save his marriage, Master Lin hoped to use his expertise to make a hundred sushi flowers instead of roses using salmon sashimi and roe. Although the marriage always failed, Hanazhiren Sushi has still become the signature sushi of Kataga Restaurant.
