Investing 15 million euros, Estonian real estate developer in Latvia Kaamos He has started a project in Mežaparks Moho park construction, inform the company.
Two 12-storey high-rise residential houses are planned to be put into operation in 2024. The project envisages the construction of 8,800 square meters of new living space, a total of 154 apartments.
“Since Kaamos entering the Latvian market in 2019, we have handed over the operation project Two shores the first round and our next projects are Hagen Quarters In Āgenskalns by the Mara pond and Moho park In Mežaparks, ”informs Kaamos Member of the Board Armands Buks. Vaivads.
The average price per square meter of apartments in Moho park is planned to be about 2,200 euros and for penthouses (excluding terraces) – 3,200 euros.
The energy efficiency of the new houses – almost zero energy buildings – will be ensured by roof-mounted solar panels, triple glazed windows, insulation, heated floor heating, ventilation with recuperation, which will be in each apartment and maintain a healthy microclimate. Also, part of the parking lots will be located on the first floor of the building and they will have the possibility to charge electric cars.
The project is being implemented by the architectural firm PBR.
Kaamos Group is an Estonian capital company founded in 2002 and engaged in real estate development, construction and wood processing. In the real estate segment, the Kaamos Group has built and manages 50,000 square meters of office space. The group’s companies operate in Estonia, Latvia and Belarus, employing a total of more than 270 people. In 2019, the total turnover of the group was 69 million euros, with a total balance sheet of 176 million euros, but equity – 110 million euros.
