Ka Halawai Festival: Music, Adventure, and Entertainment Await at RécréoParc

At the crossroads of music, adventure and entertainment, the Ka Halawai Festival is preparing its third edition from September 8 to 10 at the RécréoParc in Sainte-Catherine, about thirty minutes from Montreal.

Organized by the VanLife MTL group, this event promises an experience that will combine music, the outdoors and moments of relaxation in the heart of a friendly atmosphere.

The festival will kick off with a bang with an opening night featuring comedian Erich Preach. It will continue with a performance by Alt-Pop artist Emi Jeen. Then, finally, the crackling of a campfire will bring festival-goers and singers together for intimate moments in the light of the flames.

Activities in concert with the environment

Saturday day also features a diverse range of activities to suit all tastes. Eco-minded people will be delighted to participate in the cleaning of the banks, highlighting the importance of preserving the environment. A yoga session led by Gutsy will also allow participants to connect with their body and mind in the great outdoors.

Throughout the festival, speakers, such as triathlete Pierre Lavoie, will address topics close to their hearts.

The musical program will bring together several talents: Kaïn, Laf, Qualité Motel and Berdnikoff will be there, among others.

The festival will conclude on Sunday around noon, with a performance by singer-songwriter Fuso. Inspired by travel, nature and « good vibes »it promises a pop-reaggae that will transport festival-goers to a relaxing and sunny atmosphere.

In addition to food trucks and a bar service, inflatable games, clowns and make-up stations will ensure the entertainment of festival-goers of all ages.
