SEOUL, Jan 25 (Yonhap) – Fans eagerly awaiting the solo debuts of Blackpink’s Rosé and Lisa will get a preview of Rosé’s debut solo song during the quartet’s online concert, their promotion agency YG Entertainment reported on Monday.

Rosé plans to present the song during the group’s online concert “The Show” scheduled for Sunday, according to the agency, which added that the singer wanted to share the song first with her fans on stage.

The agency has announced plans to officially announce Rosé’s solo debut schedule soon as post-production for her music video is complete. Filming for the video ended in mid-January, she said.

Regarding Rosé’s first solo song, YG noted that it would feature the sweet but soulful vocals of the band’s lead vocalist adding that it will be “sure to be different from Blackpink’s musical style.”

Rosé will become the second member of Blackpink to launch a solo song. Jennie was the first to embark on a solo career with the song “Solo” released in November 2018. It has over 600 million views on YouTube.
