Customers who placed their order via the webshop did not receive their jewelry or watch, they also did not receive an answer to the email and the telephone was no longer answered. Some customers traveled to Delfzijl to seek redress from the jeweler, but ended up in front of a closed door. To date, the web shops are still online and it is possible to place orders.
