Sassuolo played the entire second half at 10 after the expulsion of Pedro Obiang for a dangerous tackle against Federico Chiesa (45 + 1).
Danilo opened the scoring in the 50th minute but Gregoire Drefel equalized (58th) before goals from Ramsey and Ronaldo who gave victory to the Old Lady.
It is a third consecutive victory for Juve who climbed to fourth place, seven points behind the leaders of AC Milan who beat Torino (3-1) with another game late.
