The Nerazzuri fell behind early through Weston McKennie, to equalize from the spot ten minutes before half-time, Lautaro Martinez coldly firing Wojciech Szczesny. But, in what turned out to be a relatively even affair, it took until the final seconds of extra time to separate the sides.

Dybala will start a bidding war
After the match, news broke that Paulo Dybala had decided not to renew his current contract at the club, which expires in June. He joins a long list of free agents this summer which is currently expected to include Paul Pogba, Kylian Mbappe, Ousmane Dembele and Antonio Rudiger.
