Juventus is seeking the services of Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku, Chelsea striker, during the current summer transfers.
And media reports said that Juventus is pressuring Lukaku to rebel against Inter to stop his transfer to the team, after a final agreement was reached between the Nerazzurri and Chelsea to sell Lukaku permanently for 35 million euros, in addition to 5 million additions.
The Italian newspaper “Corriere dello Sport” indicated that Juventus submitted an offer to the Blues at a value of 37.5 million euros, in addition to additions amounting to 2.5 million, in order to obtain Lukaku’s services.
The newspaper added that Juve asked Lukaku for a week and linked him to the departure of Dusan Vlahovic from the ranks of the Bianconeri, as Juventus needs money in order to complete the Lukaku deal.
And the newspaper concluded that Christian Gentoli, the new manager of Juventus, asked Lukaku to wait for the completion of Vlahovic’s transfer to finance his deal, pointing out that, given Romelu’s failure to respond to Inter and Chelsea, the striker chose to join the Bianconeri.
