Juventus have reportedly exercised the permanence clause in Moise Kean’s loan deal from Everton, confirming his future at the club.
The Bianconeri initially sold the Italian striker to the Toffees in August 2019 in a deal worth around €27.5m. He struggled to show his best in the North West of England but saw his shares rise after a positive season on loan with Paris Saint-Germain.
Everton sent Kean back to Juventus in August 2021 on a two-year loan deal that came with a must-buy clause. He scored six goals in his debut campaign in Turin and has netted seven so far this term.
As Romeo Agresti reported, Juventus have now signed Kean on a permanent deal, activating the clause in his loan deal and paying Everton the remaining €28m, for a total of €35m plus addons. The 23-year-old Italian striker is now under contract with the Bianconeri until June 2025.
Kean recently made headlines for all the wrong reasons after being sent off just 40 seconds after falling victim to Juventus’ 1-0 loss to Roma on Sunday night.
