(Alliance News) – Juventus Football Club Spa announced on Friday that it has reached an agreement with Genoa Cricket and Football Club Spa for the free temporary transfer, until June 30, 2024, of sports performance rights for player Koni De Winter.
The agreement, we read in the club’s note, provides for the obligation for Genoa to definitively acquire the player’s sporting performance if certain sporting objectives are achieved during the 2023/2024 season and the right for Genoa to definitively acquire the sporting performance of the player if the said objectives are not achieved.
The consideration agreed for the definitive acquisition, in both cases, is 8 million euros, payable in four financial years, and can be increased in the event of the achievement of other objectives, during the term of the contract with the player, for an amount not exceeding 2 million euros.
Shares of Juventus closed in the green on Friday, up 1.0% at 0.33 euros per share.
