Rome, October 6 (QNA) – Juventus tied with its host, Cagliari, 1-1, in the match they brought together today in the seventh round of the Italian Football League, which also saw Lazio’s win over Empoli, and Bologna’s draw with Parma.
Juventus took the lead through its Serbian player, Dusan Vlahovic, in the 15th minute (from a penalty kick), and Roman Razavan Marin equalized for Cagliari in the 88th minute, also from a penalty kick.
Juventus finished the match with ten men after their Portuguese player, Francisco Conceicao, was sent off in the 89th minute for a second caution.
Juventus raised its score to (13) points in third place “temporarily”, while Cagliari’s score rose to six points in fifteenth place “temporarily”.
In the second game, Lazio defeated his host Empoli with two goals to one, scored by Mattia Zacani in the 45th minute (45 + 4) and Pedro Rodriguez (84th minute), while Empoli got his only goal through Sebastiano Esposito (9th minute) .
Lazio raised its score to (13) points in fourth place, while Empoli remained in ninth place with (10) points.
Bologna also tied host Parma goalless, so Parma snatched a valuable point away from home, despite being outnumbered after their player, Youou Koulibaly, was sent off in the 52nd minute.
With this result, Bologna remained in twelfth place with (8) points from one win and five draws, while Parma was in fifteenth place with (6) points from one win and three draws.
