Juventus manager Max Allegri slammed his players after the Champions League defeat to Maccabi Haifa.
Max Allegri bumped into a lack of ‘heart and passion’ after Juve’s defeat on Wednesday night.
“Difficult to explain, we can only remain silent, because it was not a good performance from a character point of view,” Allegri told Sky Italia.
“We have to get out of this situation and keep quiet. Tomorrow we will return to Turin and we will remain at the Continassa training ground until the derby.
“It’s not a technical or tactical problem, this team lacks heart and passion. We play too much as individuals, we have to go back to being a team.”
Allegri was questioned about the possibility of resigning.
“No, when a challenge becomes difficult, it is even more exciting. We must come out of it with courage and hunger”.
