WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?
Shipments are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The preparation of your order begins as soon as your payment has been validated by our anti-fraud services. La Poste collects our packages from Monday to Friday at 5 p.m. Any order placed before midnight and for which payment has been validated is prepared and shipped the following morning, except on Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays.

During the Christmas period you have up to 60 days from receipt to make a return. Send us back the product(s) concerned accompanied by the original packaging. The return costs are at your expense as the customer.
In case of refund : We will do this upon receipt of the return package (a confirmation email will be sent to you) within 3 working days from the date of delivery of your return package.
