In January 2023, the Italian football federation FIGC stated that Juventus’ points in Serie A 2022/2023 had been officially reduced by 15 points. Juventus was found guilty of a financial breach.

Yesterday (19/4/2023), the general prosecutor for sports at CONI, Ugo Taucer, said that the Juventus penalty was deemed unclear and had to be reviewed again as a new consideration.
Now on Thursday (20/4/2023) evening WIB, Football Italia reported that the Juventus 15 reduction sanction had finally been lifted. That is, the sanctions for Agnelli et al. also officially repealed.
However, the trial will continue, and if there is new evidence, then sanctions against Juventus may be imposed in the upcoming 2023/2024 season.
