Juve loses, Madrid-Man City in the second round

Fourth day Champions of La Liga last night brought surprising results. Starting with Juventus falling into the hands of Maccabi Haifa at Manchester City who was held back by Copenhagen.

Last night’s Champions League played eight games between teams from Group E to Group H. Five of them ended in a draw, while the remaining three won.

In Group E, Chelsea won their first win in Italy in 18 years after overthrowing AC Milan 2-0 in 10 men. Meanwhile, in Zagreb, hosts Dinamo drew 1-1 against FC Salzburg.

Moving on to Group F, Real Madrid’s 1-1 draw when he went to Shakhtar Donetsk was enough to take Real to the round of 16. Meanwhile in Glasgow, RB Leipzig opened their doors to qualify for the round of 16 after beating Celtic 2-0.

Moving on to Group G, Man City were forced 0-0 by Copenhagen but were also confirmed to advance to the round of 16 after Borussia Dortmund drew 1-1 against Sevilla. With a collection of 10 points, the Citizens were confirmed to finish at least in second place.

Finally, there was Juventus, who lost their third in the Champions League this season after being close to 0-2 by Maccabi Haifa. The two teams now have three points and are five points behind Paris Saint-Germain and Benfica who drew 1-1.
