“I am grateful that the case has been dropped. At the same time, I am still deeply shocked by the terrible lies that have been reported about me during this trial,” Roiland writes Twitter.
“I am most of all disappointed that so many people were so quick to judge without knowing the facts. And that they only tried to ‘cancel’ me on the basis of claims made by a bitter ex. That they succeeded in part is disgraceful.”
In January it was announced that an ex-girlfriend accused the 43-year-old voice actor of domestic violence and threats, among other things. That would have happened in 2020.
