Light and Welterweight Champions UFC sparred in full contact.
The co-workout video appeared today in Instagram accounts at Justin Gage and Kamaru Usmana. The fighters from Ali Abdelaziz’s “stable” fiercely engaged in a sparring that took place recently – Marty Feikniusman in a helmet and, apparently, is a fragment of the final part of his preparation for the fight with Gilbert Burns July 12th at UFC 251.
“Iron sharpens iron. How much would you pay to watch a few rounds of this? Usman looks like a killer in the rack. I’m glad he’s with us. Just two dudes have fun.” – Gagey comments on what is happening.
The footage shows how Justin, who found himself in an unfavorable position from below in the stalls, nevertheless, it is easy to get out from under the main welterweight “blanket” and immediately grabbing Usman by the neck with one hand, inserts a hard knee into his liver, and then begins to pierce enemy liver with heavy uppercuts. Kamaru is not lost, he answers the same, and the coach’s voice-over requires that the fighters accelerate and give the maximum.
Unfortunately, full-length videos from champions sparring are not sold even for a lot of money, so we can be content with only a few seconds at the end of the round. But even they are worth attention.
